We Are Witnessing The Largest Financial Bubble In History

"The biggest bubble in human history is in sovereign debt, the obligations of governments around the world. The classic signs of a bubble are present. Despite the fact that virtually all governments are insolvent (the Reality), there exists an almost universal belief that sovereign debt is safe (the Perception). There is a massive gap between reality and perception.
What we hear is that gold, silver and oil are in bubble mania. Nothing could be further from the truth. The perception is so far below the reality that we effectively have a negative bubble. Buyers of these three assets are speculating fools according to the mainstream media. The only thing that is foolish is not holding onto positions and not adding as nominal prices periodically come down.
The bubble is in paper assets, particularly sovereign debt. Historic lows in interest rates mean that prices are at historic highs as rates and prices move inversely. Take into account the solvency factor, and the conclusion is inescapable that such paper assets are in the biggest bubble in history. Sadly, the vast majority of people will not understand this until it is too late and their savings have been destroyed.
The current pricing for gold, silver and energy assets is a gift to those with the ability to look at the facts as presented and take a longer-term view.”

The FED Is Creating New Bubbles

New asset bubbles are being fueled by the FED's cheap money policy. It postpones problems in the short-term, but it is sowing the seeds for a bigger crisis.

James Grant Says Bond Market Is "Bubble of Modern Banking, a Desert of Value; Gold a Reciprocal Faith in Bernanke"; Time for an "Office of Unintended Consequences?"

"...Grant: The price of gold is the reciprocal of the world's faith in the deeds and words of the likes of Ben Bernanke. The world over, central banks are printing money as it has never been printed before. The European Central Bank has increased the size of its balance sheet at the annual rate of 89%. It's amazing. The Fed is far behind at only 15%. The Bank of England 67% over the past few months. These are rates of increases in the production of paper currencies we have never seen in the modern age. It takes no effort at all. They simply tap the computer screen..."

Chris Martenson And Marc Faber: The Perils of Money Printing's Unintended Consequences

"Marc Faber does not mince words. He believes the money printing policies of the Federal Reserve and its sister central banks around the globe have put the world's currencies on an inexorable, accelerating inflationary down slope.
The dangers of money printing are many in his eyes. But in particular, he worries about the unintended consequences it subjects the populace to. Beyond currency devaluation, it creates malinvestment that leads to asset bubbles that wreak havoc when they burst. And even more nefarious, money printing disproportionately punishes the lower classes, resulting in volatile social and political tensions.

It's no surprise then that he's feeling particularly defensive these days. While he generally advises those looking to protect their purchasing power to invest capital in precious metals and the equity markets (the rationale being inflation should hurt equity prices less than bond prices), he warns that equities appear overbought at this time.

On Inflation
First of all, I do not believe that the central banks around the world will ever, and I repeat ever, reduce their balance sheets. They’ve gone the path of money printing and once you choose that path you’re in it, and you have to print more money..."
